How We Work With You
At E.A. Bespoke Interiors, the process we undertake with our clients is simple. Here is a typical step-by-step guide on how we will take you from A-Z.
Step 1: First Date
We begin all of our projects with a mandatory design consultation. This is what we call the first date. The goal is to get a better understanding of your project as well as your needs and wants for the space. It is during this time that we discuss approximate timeline as well as the budget you have in mind for the project. You will have time to ask any questions and will get a better understanding of how the entire design process will flow. The consultation can be anywhere from one to two hours, depending on the size of the project.
Step 2: Personalized Proposal
After the first date, we will go back to our drawing board and analyze the feasibility of achieving the timeline and budget based on the requirements of the project. We will prepare a personalized proposal in the form of a Contract for Professional Services which we will go through the terms and conditions for the project and how we will move forward through the process.
Step 3: Schematic Design Phase
Based on the information we gathered from the First Date, we will develop preliminary designs consisting of layout options, color schemes, image board(s) and other visual presentations.
Step 4: Design Development
Design development is when we dive into the details of your project. We will use all of the information we have gathered from you thus far and from our initial site visit. At this phase, we will develop floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, millwork drawings, color palettes, 3D drawings and other appropriate documents for you to better understand the design of the space.
Step 5: Contract Document and Coordination Phase
We will coordinate with project consultants such as suppliers and contractors to make sure that everything goes smoothly. There are a lot of scheduling and decision-making involved during this stage.
Step 6: Construction and Installation
This is the phase when you start to see the design we have been working on, come to life.
Step 7: Project Completion
This is when we reveal to you the completed space. May it be a few days, months or even years of planning, design and construction, we know how exciting this day is, not only for us but for you as well. We ensure that we will only leave you once you are absolutely thrilled with your space.
